Meat-Eater

It might not be likable

But it’s undeniable

That however undesirable

Vegetarianism is viable

 

I’m not saying it’s advisable

In fact I think it’s maniacal

But it’s certainly survivable

If not that enjoyable

 

If I have to – it’s doable

But my hesitance would be sizable

I find plants too unpalatable

The flavour too unagreeable

 

So if I sit at your table

Unless downright impossible

My food had better be recognizable

As something once quadrupedal
