British democracy
An aristocracy
Masquerading
As a meritocracy
It’s all about
Your family
Or who you went
To school with
Or who you’re
Sick or brave enough
To sleep with
Making sure
The money goes
To all your
Highschool chums
Or to
Ms Arcuri, ‘cause
She took it up the [redacted]
Politics
Is riddled
With corruption
And perversion
Like BoJo
And STD’s
[of course, that’s just an assumption]
And we’re only told
The things we know
To divert
Our attention
While they
Conduct their business
Free from intervention
